Anytime Fitness Aberfoyle Park is looking for a passionate and dedicated Member Care to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Member Care, you will be responsible for maintaining our club's positive culture, upholding our 5-star hygiene and cleaning standards, and executing general reception duties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • New Memberships: Assisting with the sales process to convert prospect inquiries into membership sales.
  • Follow-up on Inbound Sales Queries: Responding to member inquiries via email, phone, our CRM database, and social media.
  • Customer Service Activities: Addressing member inquiries and service calls, providing exceptional service.
  • Club Maintenance: Cleaning the gym to maintain our high standards.
  • Member Engagement: Spending time on the gym floor, interacting with members, and fostering a positive club culture.
  • Content Creation: creating video and photo content for our social media channels.

Availability:

The starting shifts for this role will be:

  • Fridays: 10am to 3pm
  • Saturdays: 9am to 12pm
