Australian Barnardos Recruitment Services (abrs) is partnering with leading community and hospital providers across Australia to connect skilled Occupational Therapists with rewarding opportunities in both community and hospital settings.

We offer flexible roles designed to suit your lifestyle and career goals – whether you're seeking short-term locum placements, long-term contracts, or permanent positions.

What's on offer:

  • Opportunities across Community Aged Care and Hospital-based settings
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging of up to $15,900 tax free when working through abrs
  • $55–$75/hr + super, depending on contract
  • Travel and private accommodation provided
  • Flexible work arrangements – e.g. 2 months on with 1–2 weeks off, or tailored to your availability
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment team

About you:

  • Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registration required)
  • Experience or interest in aged care, rehabilitation, or hospital settings
  • Adaptable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
