MakeSense is hiring Senior Full Stack Salesforce Consultant at Sydney.

Role - Hybrid

Role -

  • Develop secure, scalable features using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, while improving legacy code.
  • Translate product goals into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and enhancing investor and founder experiences.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including architecture, testing, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Define Salesforce API architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers through structured support and code reviews, fostering their growth and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and platform reliability, while embedding smart automation and AI solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience -

Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

Familiarity with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools, alongside a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and secure design practices.

Experience in regulated environments, particularly in financial services, and ability to mentor junior developers effectively.
