About the role

Kids Connect Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in Mulgrave, Victoria. As a fulltime Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children with a variety of communication needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify children's areas of need
  • Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing difficulties
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to each child's care
  • Documenting clinical progress and maintaining detailed client records
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
  • Providing education and support to families and caregivers

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Strong clinical skills in the areas of speech, language, feeding, and swallowing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families
