Our dynamic stone mason company based in Burleigh Heads currently has the opportunity for a motivated and energetic individual to join our hardworking and busy team. If you have a great personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail then you are the right candidate for this position.

We offer great working hours on a permanent part time basis.
Monday – Thursday 8am – 3pm
Friday 8am – 12noon
(32 hours per week) Hours can be flexible
Reporting to the Office Manager your duties will include but will not be limited to: -
- Typing of quotes and invoices
- General data entry & record keeping
- Ordering stock
- Assisting with incoming calls
- Filing
- General office duties as required
- You will also be required to assist with data entry of accounts receivable/payable so MYOB experience or similar is essential
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following:
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Good communication skills
- Must be a team player and able to work within a small office environment
- Well-developed computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, MYOB, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Client Focus
Previous experience within the construction/building industry would be highly advantageous but not essential.
