About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with 2+ years post-admission experience in Family Law to join our expanding team in Brookvale, Northern Beaches. In this position, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters including divorce, property settlements, child support, relocation, and de-facto/same-sex relationship issues.
- Manage your own complex files independently while collaborating with senior colleagues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Contribute to a positive, professional team culture.
Required Skills:
- Qualified lawyer with 2+ years post-admission experience in Family Law.
- Proven ability to manage complex family law matters autonomously.
- Strong client service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience building networks and driving business development.
- Well organised with strong time and file management skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Brookvale, Northern Beaches.
