Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Tyntynder Central, VIC. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating sales and leases, conducting property inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes marketing properties, closing deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in property inspections, marketing, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and procedures
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferable
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
