Site Manger required that can hit the ground running to deliver New Builds in the follows sectors:

  • Emergency Services
  • Industrial
  • Sports Clubs
  • Commercial

The above noted projects will be located in Brisbane and surrounds.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Full Management of site trades and subcontractors
  • Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
  • Strong understandings and knowledge of building regulations
  • Implementation of OH&S policies
  • Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
  • Assisting the Project team with project reporting
  • Assisting with scope of works formation
  • Programme formation and implementation
  • Client liaison
  • Maintenance of site diary

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • 5+ years supervising/ site managing
  • Delivered the highlighted above projects circa $20M+
  • Must have strong structural knowledge
  • Loyal and local work history in QLD
  • QBCC Licensed
  • Carpentry trade background
  • Tech savvy & good understanding of Procore
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills with sub-contractors
  • Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
  • Exceptional rapport-building and key stakeholder liaison skills
  • A proactive attitude that is driven to succeed
  • Must be Brisbane based
