About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista and Allrounder to join our dynamic team at Heats Bakery in Cockburn Central, WA.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a coffee and hot drinks to customer
  2. Providing excellent customer service and managing customer inquiries
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas
  4. Assisting with various front-of-house tasks as required, such as taking orders and handling cash
  5. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
  2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to craft high-quality beverages
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
