Synergie Australia is seeking motivated Factory Hand / Assemblers for a long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Beenleigh area.

The important parts:

• Temp-to-perm opportunity with career growth
• 6:00am starts with 2:00pm finishes, with possible Saturday overtime
• Start on mornings for training, then move to mornings or afternoons

What you will be required to do:

• Manufacturing high-quality windows and doors while working as part of a supportive team
• Operate within a production/manufacturing environment
• Use of hand and power tools
• Follow safety processes and complete tasks to required standards
• Undertake training and upskilling as required
• Work both morning and afternoon shifts, after training
• Maintain a reliable and consistent work ethic

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• Carpentry experience is highly regarded
• Full driver's licence with reliable transport
• Willingness to work both morning and afternoon shifts
• Ability to complete a pre-employment physical
• Availability to attend an on-site interview
