We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team in Pinkenba, Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Wagners in concrete operations as we go through growth.

Responsibilities

  • Operate front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner

  • Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris

  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance

  • Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating loaders (minimum 2 years preferred)

  • VOC capability for Front End Loader/Sales Loader

  • White Card (Construction Induction)

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols

  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
