1. Lesson Planning and Delivery:
   • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) curriculum guidelines.

   • Incorporate technology, interactive activities, and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
2. Student Assessment and Reporting:
   • Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
   • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, focusing on areas for improvement and development.
   • Maintain accurate records of student progress, including attendance, grades, and behavioral notes.
3. Classroom Management:
   • Establish and enforce clear rules and routines to promote a safe and positive learning environment.
   • Manage student behavior effectively, using strategies to minimize disruptions and encourage positive behavior.
   • Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that promotes cooperation and mutual respect among students.
4. Individualized Learning Support:

   • Collaborate with special education staff, parents, and other professionals to support students with disabilities or learning difficulties.
   • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, where required.

• Education:
  • A Bachelor of Education (BEd) or a relevant degree plus a Graduate Diploma in Education.

• Experience:
  • Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting (as applicable).
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, but experience with classroom teaching is preferred.
• Certifications:
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for New South Wales is required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (optional but beneficial).

• Physical Requirements: This role involves standing for extended periods, supervising students in various settings, and engaging in school activities.
