We are seeking a passionate and motivated Career Advisor to join our dynamic team. Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Pakenham and Koo Wee Rup sites, this full-time position plays a key role in supporting participants to achieve lasting employment outcomes.

About the Role

As a Career Advisor, you will work closely with participants and employers to create life-changing opportunities. You'll identify, develop, and maintain strong employer relationships, helping match candidates to meaningful, inclusive roles that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate new employment opportunities
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends and vacancy requirements
  • Partnering with employers to identify inclusive roles and support successful placements
  • Engaging with participants to understand their goals, skills, and support needs
  • Creating tailored employment plans and providing pre-employment preparation
  • Delivering ongoing post-placement support, including workplace mentoring and training coordination
  • Building relationships with community organisations and stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with IEA program standards
