About this Role:

Strait Link's Seaquip division is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our Burnie team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, while providing a wide range of administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the business.

Primary Duties

  • Undertake reception duties, respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Perform data entry, filing and general administration tasks
  • Provide administration support to finance and other departments
  • Raise and manage purchase requisitions and support accounts payable/receivable
  • Participate in payroll activities at branch level to assist payroll department – (ELMO)
  • Maintain Employee Files, Training Matrix, HSE files as needed
  • Take file notes for committee meetings and develop documents as required
  • Collate data and manage fuel reports, service records etc
  • Participate in profit and loss review of weekly/monthly reports as required
  • Support branch administration functions and participate in OH&S and toolbox meetings
