rvin Bullbars, a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium bullbars and vehicle protection equipment, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales, managing client relationships, and growing our customer base within the automotive and motor trades sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively conduct outbound sales calls and customer follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, automotive businesses, and trade customers.
  • Manage leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline through CRM systems.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Irvin Bullbars products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and industry events as required.
  • Report on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B or trade environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience within the motor trades industry – background in automotive parts, accessories, dealerships, or bullbars is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to close sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Full Australian Working rights

Desirable:
  • Previous experience selling bullbars or 4WD accessories.
  • Understanding of vehicle compliance and fitment processes.
  • Familiarity with regional trade networks and automotive supply chains.
