About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at miilan hair' in Darwin CBD, NT 0800. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair services and contributing to the overall success of our thriving salon.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a wide range of professional hairstyling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services to our clients
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • Offering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our loyal client base
  • Contributing to the overall growth and development of the salon through active participation in team meetings and meeting weekly KPI's
  • Assisting in our in house training to junior staff

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in hairdressing, with a minimum of 2years' experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional technical skills in consultation, retail, cutting, colouring, and styling hair
  • Experience with either hair Wefts, Keratin bonds or Tapes
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage a busy salon environment
  • Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to staying current with industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with management, team members and clients
