We're looking for a skilled Boilermaker or Second Class Welder to help us shape metal into purpose-built acoustic solutions. From custom ductwork to complex enclosures, your work helps reduce noise and improve safety across Australia's most demanding industrial sites.

You'll join a team that values sharp attention to detail, safe and efficient fabrication, and working together to get the job done right and on time.

Who This Role is For
You're experienced on the tools and proud of your work. You can read a drawing, measure twice, and weld once. Whether it's MIG, TIG or stick, you know how to get a clean, strong weld.

But more than that, you're someone who works well with others, shares a laugh, and brings a can-do mindset to each job. You want a steady role with variety, good people, and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Fabricating, welding, and assembling metal acoustic products
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specs
  • Operating cutting, welding, and forming equipment
  • Ensuring work meets safety and quality standards
  • Supporting installation prep and general maintenance as needed
  • Joining our install crew for onsite work around SEQ or beyond

What You'll Bring

  • Trade qualification or solid hands-on welding experience
  • Ability to weld confidently and cleanly (MIG essential, TIG a bonus)
  • Strong skills in fabrication, layout, and interpreting drawings
  • Focus on safety, quality, and doing things right
  • Team spirit — willing to pitch in, help out, and get it done
