Your Responsibilities
As a
Product Manager, Financial Insights
for
Intelligent Solutions Group
located in
Urbandale,
Iowa,
you will:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products that support financial insights, including Harvest Profit.
- Identify and resolve customer problems with a collaborative team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer impact and business value, ensuring the product's overall success.
- Effectively communicate to bring the product to life through clear written and verbal communication, creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Use your strong business acumen and technical expertise to evaluate what is both technically feasible and strategically important for the business.
- Align your product roadmaps and features with other teams to manage interactions and dependencies.

What Skills You Need
- 2 or more years of experience in technology Product Management or similar role
- Proficiency in agricultural practices, decision-making, and farm financial management
- Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels
- Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions in the best interests of the customer and the company
- A passion for agriculture, construction, and technology and its potential to enhance lives
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience building software products in a product management role
- Solid design sensibilities and ability to create simple products that users love
- Don't need to write code, but technical enough to engage with engineers directly
- Business strategy and business case definition experience
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
