About us:Our client is a not-for-profit healthcare business who provide a service that provides individuals with medical IDs (like bracelets or pendants) engraved with vital health information and a QR code, which links to a secure online record of their conditions, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts. Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of member orders. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and quality control, to ensure

a member's most vital information is correctly engraved on their product, and the order is dispatched within expected timeframes. Tasks include reviewing member orders, engraving and packaging for dispatch, some manual lifting, a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to work automously and as part of a team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Use of the laser engraver to personalise client orders, to the highest level of detail.
  • Review client orders against client profiles, to confirm order integrity.
  • Pack and send client orders, ensuring the order is complete and correct.
  • Manage inventory and make recommendations for replenishment.
  • Support the Membership Services team, with stock and client order information.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications:

  • Able to work automously.
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow repetitive processes.
  • Accurate data entry, problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using EasyCAD is highly desired.
