We're seeking a passionate and results-driven
Sales Professional
to join our South Australian sales team at
Hillsview Community in Happy Valley
. In this rewarding, full-time role, you'll help prospective residents and their families make confident, informed decisions about joining one of Levande's most welcoming and established communities.

About The Role
As a Sales Professional, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy and supporting residents through every stage of their journey, from first enquiry through to settlement. Working closely with the Sales Manager and on-site team, you'll represent Levande with empathy, professionalism and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
  • Guiding customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to move-in
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Levande's "Everyday Exceptional" promise
  • Achieving sales targets and ensuring accurate, ethical sales practices
  • Staying across local market trends and competitor activity in the Adelaide South region

About You
You're a confident, customer-focused professional with:

  • 2–3 years' experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate or residential development highly regarded)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven success in lead conversion and sales achievement
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)

Desirable

  • Experience in retirement living, property or aged care sales
  • Background in financial services, business development or high-value consumer sales
