La Capannina, a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant known for its warm hospitality and authentic cuisine, is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender/bar back to join our team.

Working closely with the Bar Manager, you'll bring a passion for hospitality, great cocktail and wine knowledge, and a friendly customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to a high standard
• Deliver consistent quality and presentation in every drink
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Team player attitude
• Uphold a high level of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism at all times

About You:

• Background in premium casual dining highly regarded
• Proven experience in cocktails, wine, and bar service
• Excellent communication.
• A strong passion for hospitality and customer experience.
• Available to work a flexible 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid RSA (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
