The Role:
With a pipeline of exciting new projects, we are seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to lead site operations, manage crews, and oversee machinery. Join a company that develops and promotes its people, prides itself on work life balance, and operates with no weekend work.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and coordinate site crews to achieve project targets.
  • Oversee heavy machinery and plant operations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and site procedures.
  • Plan and schedule daily operations to optimise productivity.
  • Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build capability and maintain high performance.

*Requirements:*

  • Experience in earthworks and civil construction.
  • Experience in supervising sites, projects & project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and plant operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
