Job Description

Join us at Good Shepherd, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children

This permanent, part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we'll ensure you're equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

  • 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
  • 3:00-6:30pm (Stay and Play)
  • 7:00-6:00pm (School Holiday Program)

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you'll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

About the Service:

Lead a well-established, values-driven service at the heart of a supportive school community. You'll work alongside an experienced educator of over 12 years, benefiting from their deep knowledge and relationships, while delivering a high-quality program for school-aged children. The service shares strong ties with the school - offering a dedicated space you can personalise, regular engagement with families and staff, attendance at school events, and weekly chapel invitations.

Qualifications

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
