Protech are looking for experienced Quarry Operators to perform work with our client, located in Lysterfield on a casual to full time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Immediate start
  • Casual role with full time hours (view to go permanent)
  • Day or afternoon shift available
  • $40-$45 per hour + shift penalties + super
  • Sales loader experience - must have CAT experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate mobile plant - those with sales loader experience will be advantageous
  • Load raw materials into hoppers, crushers, and trucks using excavators/front end loaders
  • Perform general yard cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Monitor plant and equipment performance, identifying and addressing issues
  • Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Drivers licence with reliable transport
  • 2+ years experience in quarry operation (crushers & stockpiling)
  • Sales and face loading experience highly advantageous
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
