Aus Oils Kojonup is seeking a motivated Oilseed Crush Plant Operator to join our dynamic

team. In this key role, you'll play a vital part in the manufacturing and processing of canola

seed at our state-of-the-art facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor industrial machinery used in the crushing and processing of canola seed

  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment, carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting when required

  • Meet production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards

  • Collaborate with team members to drive process improvements
  • Keep accurate records of production activities
  • Support general housekeeping and site maintenance
  • Provide on-call coverage during unmanned night operations as part of rostered shifts

What we're looking for

Although previous experience in oilseed processing would be desirable, this is not essential

and on-the-job training will be provided. Previous experience in processing of agricultural

products, grain handling, or related industries would also be highly regarded.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food processing or edible oil production highly regarded)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment

  • Experience operating wheeled loaders and/or telehandlers (highly desirable)

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently when required
  • Relevant trade certifications or qualifications (desirable)
