We're a newly established gardening and landscaping business seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Gardener to join us from the ground up. If you love working outdoors, take pride in your work, and are ready to be part of something from the very beginning — we'd love to hear from you

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience in gardening, horticulture or landscaping
  • Takes pride in doing the job right
  • Has a keen eye for detail and values a neat, polished finish
  • Is reliable, proactive, and happy to take the lead on-site
  • Wants to grow with the organisation and help shape our culture and standards
  • Leads by example
  • Can work alongside Sales and Operations Manager in particular attending new sites to view work

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or horticulture

  • Proven skills in:

  • Hedging (formal and informal)

  • Rose pruning
  • Fruit tree pruning
  • Lawn care – mowing, edging, and maintenance
  • Valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, and presentation
