The Goulburn Pub Group – proud owners of The Empire, Gordon, and Southern Railway Hotels – is looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to join our growing hospitality team.

With strong growth across food and beverage, we offer a dynamic mix of services including:

  • Hotel accommodation
  • Bottle shop
  • Gaming & TAB
  • Functions & events
  • Traditional pub trade

We're hiring across bar, gaming, and bistro roles.

What we're looking for:

  • Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
  • Experience preferred
  • Availability for rostered shifts (days, nights, weekends)
  • Positive attitude and friendly disposition
  • Self-motivated and well presented
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
