As a Pet Sitter & Dog Walker, you will:

• Visit clients' homes to care for their pets, providing food, water, playtime, and lots of love.
• Walk dogs for 30 to 60 minutes in their neighbourhood, at the beach, or on trails.
• Provide overnight or live-in pet sitting (this is a must).
• Optionally offer home boarding (a plus but not required).
• Administer medication if needed and clean up after pets (including scooping litter boxes).
• Water plants and collect mail for travelling clients.
• Drive to client locations, check in and out via our mobile app, and provide detailed visit reports with pictures.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who:

Genuinely loves animals – We treat pets like family so if you don't truly adore pets, this job isn't for you.

Has experience caring for pets – Prior pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care experience is required.

Can commit to working year-round – Please apply only if you can work 12 months of the year.

Is reliable and responsible – Clients depend on us to be on time and provide excellent care.

Has strong communication skills – You'll need to update clients and engage with our team.

Is comfortable working alone – This job requires independence and confidence.

Can travel within our service area – You must be based locally or willing to drive to client locations daily.

Bonus: Any experience with marketing, social media, or community engagement is a big plus

Requirements:

• ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Police check
• Public liability insurance (We can recommend providers)
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Mobile phone with internet
• Experience in pet care, pet sitting, or dog walking
• Pet first aid certification (Can be completed in your first month working with us)

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and some public holidays

• If you have any experience with marketing and/or social media it's a bonus
