Since 1901, we've been delighting customers with our premium cakes, pastries, and baked goods. Our Truganina Central store is now on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Café All Rounder to join our friendly and energetic team

Position: Café All Rounder

Employment Type: Casual

Location: Truganina Central Shopping Centre

Availability Required: Mornings – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member who thrives in a fast-paced café environment. You'll be an all-rounder, confidently supporting the day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Taking cake orders and assisting with general front-of-house duties
• Making coffee and other beverages (barista experience highly regarded)
• Maintaining store cleanliness and food safety standards
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
• Assisting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

What We're Looking For:

We're after someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative
• Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
• Flexibility and reliability, especially on weekday mornings
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous café or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
• Barista skills are a bonus
