At Shapland Swim Schools, our indoor pools are heated to a toasty 32°C year-round and classes are capped at just three children. Whether you're experienced or simply great with children, we'll give you the training, structure, and support to thrive.

We're currently looking for new team members (no experience needed) to join our swim schools in Moorooka, Stretton, Taigum, and Warner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm and a genuine love for working with kids
  • A current Blue Card (or willing to get one)
  • A CPR certificate (or happy to complete one)
  • Comfortable working both in a team and solo
  • Swim teaching experience is a bonus, not a must
