Role : Taxation Head - APAC

Experience : 15+ Years

Location : Sydney

Essential Criteria :

• Knowledge of taxation concepts
• Knowledge of Transfer pricing in details
• Good analytical skills
• Able to analyse financial data and work with numbers
• Accounting and tax knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Having experience of attending tax offices for various matters
• Passionate to learn and grow with the organization
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Ready to work hard and able to stretch the working hours, whenever required in order to meet statutory and internal deadlines.
• Smooth Operations related to taxation
• Ensuring high standard & upto date and assistance to Finance heads;
• Effective communication
• Ensuring high standard of liasioning with internal and external parties,
• Committed to TCS Standard and ethics
• Independently compiling data required for various tax compliance purposes.
• Analysis of data and review the same to enable Seniors take appropriate decisions.
• Assistance in preparations for submissions to the tax authorities

Key Responsibilities :

• Corporate tax return calculations and filing
• Transfer pricing;
• GST / VAT returns calculations & Filing
• Employee income tax returns & tax filing;
• WHT compliances;
• FBT and Payroll Tax compliances with different countries
• Annual / frequent reporting with ASIC/Companies office/ Tax office or so.
• Filing & compliance related to Certificate of residency
• Any other tax compliance of the specific country.
