Restless Entertainment has been running events and nightclubs in Melbourne for over 20 years. We are on the lookout for confident, hard-working individuals who can commit to a Friday and/or Saturday night shift each week, as well as some upcoming Public Holidays.
We have varied roles available including promotions staff, brand ambassadors, door staff & reception. All roles are based in the Melbourne CBD area.
Promotional Staff / Brand Ambassador: Engaging with patrons and building excitement for our events. Your goal is to connect with people, answer any questions, and invite them to experience a great night at our events.
This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience, confidence or a 'fake it till you make it' attitude. If you're competitive by nature, love socialising, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll fit right in
Front Door: We're seeking a confident, approachable, and assertive individual with exceptional customer service skills to be the first face guests see at our events. As the first point of contact before guests enter, you'll play a key role in ensuring everyone feels welcome and excited about their night with us.
In this role, you'll greet guests, guide them to the right areas, answer questions about the event, and assist with organising large groups. Your goal is to create a positive first impression and encourage guests to step inside and experience all the fun we have to offer.
All roles are typically a 5-7 hour shift, starting from around 9:00pm.

Previous experience is an advantage, however we are happy to train people who are keen to learn and bring great energy to the team
