Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused
Business Analysis Manager
to oversee a team of 10-15 Business Analysts within a dynamic financial services environment. This role is responsible for driving BA excellence across projects, uplifting capability, and ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, including performance oversight, mentoring, and career development.
  • Establish and embed best practices, frameworks, and tools across the BA discipline to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align analysis activities with strategic business goals across programs and initiatives.
  • Support resource planning, team structure, and skills uplift to meet changing delivery demands.
  • Champion a strong BA community of practice and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading BA teams within complex programs in the
    financial services
    sector.
  • Deep understanding of BA methodologies, tools, and practices across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working across digital, regulatory, or platform transformation initiatives is highly desirable

12M day rate contract - candidates must have relevant experience and
be based in Sydney with full Australian work rights
