The roleReporting to the Group Manager Future Workforce, the Future Workforce Administrator works closely with Future Workforce teammates, ensuring workshops and events are run successfully, intranet pages are engaging and up to date, and that Culture and L&D projects are implemented.
Additionally, the role will oversee procurement activities and complete monthly people reporting, while overseeing training administration tasks, including managing compliance training data, updating training attendance, and managing contractor compliance training.
Who are you?We're looking for someone that has a passion for working collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills and customer-service focus.
Additionally, you'll hold the following skills and attributes:
• Some experience in the coordination of projects, events and administration
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, with attention to detail to match
• Proficiency using the Microsoft suite of products, with experience using a Learning Management System highly advantageous
• Passion, interest and experience towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be highly regarded

This role is remunerated at a Level 2, which is between $82,036 and $88,719 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
