We're on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to lead our beachside café team at Palm Beach Surf Club
If you're a natural leader, a gun barista, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment – we want to hear from you.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven café or hospitality management experience
- Strong HR and staff management skills (rostering, training, team leadership)
- Excellent barista skills – coffee quality is non-negotiable
- A hands-on approach and a passion for great service
The Role:
- 30–40 hours per week (flexible for the right person)
- Mix of weekdays and weekends
- Competitive pay + great team + stunning location
The ideal candidate is required to have at least 5 years of work experience in similar position.
Food Safety Supervisor certification must be obtained within 3 months of commencing the position.
