Junior JavaScript Developer – (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid - Central Melbourne location
Contract Length: 6 months (daily rate contract)

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced JavaScript Developer with exposure in A/B testing to support the optimisation of digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other developers to implement, test, and refine experiments that enhance user engagement and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate test variations
- Collaborate with optimisation, analytics, and UX teams to scope test requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability across experiments.
- Monitor test performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights from testing outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement of experimentation processes, tooling, and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vanilla JS etc)
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
