Deputy Manager – Quality Management

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audits, including certification, surveillance, and customer audits.
  • Define, track, and report quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to management.
  • Manage and mentor the quality team, ensuring proper training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and client-specific quality requirements.
  • Oversee document control, change management, and quality records management.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

  • Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent) highly preferred.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in quality management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and industry-specific regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent team leadership and people management abilities.

High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented mindset.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working across all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines
