Labosport is a global leader in sports surface performance testing, research, and consultancy, employing over 160 experts across multiple countries. Our Australian operation is looking for the right person to join our team, contribute to exciting projects, and help expand our presence in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

You will work with both natural and synthetic turf sports surfaces across elite and community levels. The role involves:

  • Conducting performance testing and providing advisory services to national and international sports bodies.
  • Contributing expertise to major sporting events, including several upcoming World Cups in Australia and abroad.
  • Playing a key role within our team, with the potential to move into a leadership position.

What We're Looking For

We seek a motivated individual with:

· A genuine passion for sport and the sports industry.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate, concise reports.

· Practical experience in the sports surfaces sector, such as greenkeeping or engineering.

· Preferably, a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. engineering, agronomy, sports science, or related field).

· A confident, diplomatic communicator who can engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· A team player who thrives in collaborative environments while managing responsibilities independently.

Location & Opportunities

The position will likely be based in Brisbane (initially), though Sydney or Melbourne may also be considered. The role offers opportunities for international project work as part of Labosport's global network. Applicants
must hold Australian citizenship or a valid work permit.
