We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Performance & Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping commercial decision-making through impactful reporting, insightful analysis, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Providing actionable insights on sales trends, customer behaviour, product performance, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and campaign evaluation to ensure strategies are data-driven and effective.
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.

A large part of the role will involve working with CRM and ERP data (Hubspot preferred) — extracting, transforming, and presenting it in a way that supports decision-making. You'll also help drive efficiency by supporting the automation of reporting tools and processes, ensuring greater accuracy and speed in how we deliver insights.

Collaboration is central to this role. You'll work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and system alignment, as well as respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management and stakeholders. Importantly, you'll be encouraged to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools, helping the business evolve its analytics capability.

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales reporting, business analysis, or commercial insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualisation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (Hubspot preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional commercial environment.
