About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Gaming/Bar Attendant to join our team at the Ferntree Gully Bowling Club. This is a casual position based at our club located in Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.
  • Ensuring the gaming machines are functioning correctly and addressing any issues that arise
  • Monitoring gaming activity and cash handling procedures to maintain compliance
  • Accurately recording data and completing required documentation
  • Assisting with general club operations as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role within the hospitality and tourism industry, preferably in a gaming environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately monitor and record data
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working casual hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Applicant must have a current RSA/RSG.
  • Current VIC Gaming Licence will be an additional bonus.
