About the role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Gaming/Bar Attendant to join our team at the Ferntree Gully Bowling Club. This is a casual position based at our club located in Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.
- Ensuring the gaming machines are functioning correctly and addressing any issues that arise
- Monitoring gaming activity and cash handling procedures to maintain compliance
- Accurately recording data and completing required documentation
- Assisting with general club operations as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role within the hospitality and tourism industry, preferably in a gaming environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately monitor and record data
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working casual hours, including evenings and weekends
- Applicant must have a current RSA/RSG.
- Current VIC Gaming Licence will be an additional bonus.
