Part Time PA to Sales Associate

Exciting opportunity exists to work along side a fast paced sales associate as his Personal Assistant. Flexible hours: 15 to 20 hours per week with the opportunity to work from home once trained.

THE ROLE

You will be dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your busy, varied days will include:

Providing varied administration support including maintaining accurate and comprehensive property files

Accurately maintaining our Vendor and Buyer Database

Liaising with Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Finance Brokers

Providing varied support in the Sales and Listing process

Preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations

Preparation of social media posts

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience in Real Estate Administration

Minimum 1-2 years of real estate administration experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to work autonomously and show initiative

A mature and professional attitude

Strong attention to detail

Well organised and possess excellent time management skills

Strong keyboard/computer and administration skills

Knowledge of REX and Docusign an advantage

Australian work rights are required for this position
