Warehouse Team Leader – Inwards & Despatch

Location: Thomastown VIC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $85,000 -$90,000 plus super

Hours: Flexible but suggest 7.00am to 3.15pm

Your mission will be to:

  • Lift DIFOT performance – ensure orders are consistently Delivered In Full On Time
  • Improve stock accuracy – what's in the system must match what's on the floor
  • Develop and empower the warehouse team – clear direction, accountability, and support

The Role

As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee both the Inwards Goods and Despatch teams. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations across receipting, put-away, picking, packing, and freight coordination
  • Driving stock accuracy through improved processes, checks, and cycle counts
  • Lifting DIFOT by ensuring orders are prepared, dispatched, and delivered on time
  • Building a strong team culture with consistent training, accountability, and motivation
  • Collaborating with sales and production to prioritise urgent orders
  • Embedding process improvements that will allow us to scale with growth

About You

  • Experienced in warehouse leadership is essential (inwards goods, despatch, or both)
  • Confident managing teams through shifting workloads
  • Calm and methodical under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communicator who can work across warehouse, production, and sales teams
  • ERP experience (NetSuite highly regarded)
