Location: Box Hill, VIC
Hours: Part-time (25.5 hrs/week) – Tues, Wed, Fri 9am–3pm; Thurs 9am–5pm (hours may vary slightly)

The Role
We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse (RN or EN) to join our close-knit, highly skilled team. This role supports our dermatologists with patient care, treatment coordination, and clinical procedures. You'll work within a respected private specialist setting, where training is provided and every day brings variety.
This is not a cosmetic or laser nurse role – our focus for this role is on medical dermatology, patient care, and procedural support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologists with medical and minor surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments (infection control, sterilisation, stock checks)
- Perform clinical duties such as wound care, dressings, injections, and pathology collection
- Support patient education and follow-up, including pre- and post-procedure care
- Manage clinical documentation accurately using Xestro software
- Adhere to infection control, sterilisation, and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and compliance with practice protocols
About You
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in dermatology, specialist practice, or general practice highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy clinical environment
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner with patients
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive – thrives in a small, collaborative team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality
- Confident using medical software (Xestro experience advantageous)
