About the Role

As an Apprentice Baker, you'll be part of a fun, supportive team that makes real bread from scratch every day. You'll learn how to:

  • Mix, shape, and bake fresh bread and rolls
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Assist with stock and ingredient handling
  • Help with customer service and work in a fast-paced team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Recent school leavers or anyone ready to start full-time work
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and comfortable with early starts (some shifts begin at 2am)
  • A team player who enjoys working with their hands
  • Availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster

To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
