In this role, you will:

• Inspire young minds by providing high-quality care and meaningful educational experiences, fostering curiosity and exploration in young children.
• Create engaging learning environments by supporting the development and implementation of creative, age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive space by promoting children's physical and emotional wellbeing, celebrating diversity and creating an environment where everyone feels included.
• Build positive relationships by collaborating with team members, families, and children to create a sense of community and connection.

What do you need to be successful?

• A Cert III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
• A commitment to learning, development, and fostering inclusivity.
