HR Adviser

At HERE Property, we're not just property managers — we're leaders in the real estate space. With a growing team and a dynamic business environment, we're seeking an experienced Human Resources Adviser to take the lead on all things people and culture.

Your purpose:
This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our team's success. You'll oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR projects, policy compliance, and provide sound people management advice to our leadership team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, job previews, and onboarding activities

• Support line managers with HR guidance and employee relations

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS

• Run our Employee Engagement NPS Survey and drive follow-up initiatives

• Champion a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment

• Present updates at team meetings and contribute to culture-building projects

What you bring:

• A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years' experience in people management roles

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

• A calm, composed, and people-first approach

Flexible work options:
This is a part-time role (21 hours per week), with flexibility to work either 5 shorter days (e.g. 5 hours/day) or 3 full days — we're happy to tailor the arrangement to suit the right candidate.
