Your Chemist Shop Pimpama are seeking a Full Time Retail Pharmacist who thrives on engaging with every customer, to offer holistic health solutions to create a difference in our customers health outcomes and build relationships in our community.

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic retail pharmacist to join our patient-focused and professional teams. Work closely with the managing pharmacist and benefit from the support of an experienced pharmacy team. Assist in developing our offer of health services and programs.

Full-time position available with a salary of $77,000 to $79,000 on offer for successful applicants depending on roster (Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday).

In this role you are required to:

• Have excellent customer service. Be friendly and approachable
• Supplies non-prescription medicines, and diagnostic and therapeutic aids
• Maintains prescription files and records issue of narcotics, poisons and habit-forming drugs
• Receives prescriptions, checks patients' medicine histories, and ensures optimal dosage and methods of administration and drug compatibility before dispensing
• Be knowledgeable on the products and services offered in the pharmacy
• Are a strong team player with great communication skills
• Be passionate about patient Healthcare and building rapport with our loyal customers.
• Provide continuous support and assistance to the schedule counter and other areas, to provide care that is of an exceptional standard.
• Support and encourage Generic Medication selection
• Maintain patient records in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform clerical functions associated with the prescription dispensing
