The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Senior Software Developer (AI- Enhanced Development)
who loves coding and seeking new challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills is key to this role along with an understanding of how your role contributes to business strategy, growth and exceeding customer expectations.
This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software products and ongoing business projects. As a Senior Software Developer, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Account Managers, and fellow engineers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
In addition to traditional software engineering, this role emphasizes the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to enhance productivity, code quality, and innovation. You will help shape how AI is applied across our engineering lifecycle—from design and coding to testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

About you
On the technical side of things, we're looking for senior developers who have experience in developing fresh and creative user experiences with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant commercial experience
- Specialist in Microsoft .Net Framework (C#, WebApi, Entity Framework, …)
- Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks, Angular and React
- Strong Working knowledge of Azure Services
- Proven experience with SDLC, Agile practices, and TDD
- Extensive experience with SQL Azure, including database design, query optimization, indexing strategies, performance tuning, and development of complex stored procedures and queries
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and modern system architectures
- Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
- Depth of knowledge in software architecture and SaaS delivery models
- Familiarity or direct experience in data privacy and/or compliance requirements related to information security landscape
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI Foundry) and their integration into workflows, including leveraging them for code generation, testing, documentation, performance analysis, and accelerating development cycles
