About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Carrum Downs store, we are recruiting for team members/storepeople to join our recycling and production (warehouse) team.

A typical day might include:

• Providing support to the production team
• Keeping sellable and recyclable item out of landfill
• Replenishment of hangers and stationery for each work station
• Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
• Supporting our safety culture
• Recyclers are also required to unload trucks and operate industrial equipment including balers, bin lifters and walkie stackers
• Meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story with them to ensure they receive excellent service and have a meaningful Savers experience

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

• Availability for Part Timehours, Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3.30pm
• A team player – you love working in a team, and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
