As a Casual Sales Assistant with this business, you will be exposed to all aspects of the business. From your presence on the shop floor with your customers and team through to dealing with suppliers, coordinating orders and invoices. It's your autonomy for driving the success of YOUR store that we want here

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver extraordinary and lasting experiences to every customer through personalising products and services to fit their unique needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
  • Achieve sales goals relative to store targets
  • Actively promote the brand awareness to build customer advocacy
  • Assist in the day-to-day operational responsibility of the store in order to assist in the store's attainment of performance targets
  • Help to implement visual merchandising standards and executes promotional strategies
  • Coach store peers on how to effectively delight customers by offering a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition
  • Participates in all store trainings and certifications to continually develop in role

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Retail experience in a service-oriented store
  • Sales experience in a retail environment
  • Consumer electronics industry knowledge is helpful
  • Strong communications – written and verbal
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to manage time wisely and adjust priorities as needed

Location:

Will be hiring team for Sydney South West, should be willing to move between stores.
